Prayer

Almighty God, we thank you for all the gifts You have given us: our lives, our loved ones, all that we have and all that we are. Most of all, we thank You for Jesus, your Son and our Redeemer, who came among us to show us the way to eternal life. Jesus was the perfect steward of Your gifts, showing that complete trust in You is necessary, and that giving of self is a most important part of following Him. May the offerings of our time, our talents, and our material resources be made in the same spirit of sacrifice that Jesus taught us by His life and death for us. Amen.

What is Development?

Development is comprised of two fundamental components:

• First, the community must be informed of the many, many works provided by St. Cyril of Alexandria Parish, with goals and successes being shared.
• Second, in relation to these items, time, talent and treasure must be developed. These valuable resources must be secured to continue the invaluable work that must be done…God’s work.
  

We must develop relationships to communicate our works, meet our goals and ultimately carry out our mission. Development is the responsibility of all who love the Lord and want to follow Him. Join our Development Team where we develop peoples’ time, talent and treasure to help build the Kingdom.

Planned Giving

Planned Giving is the process by which a charitable gift of one’s estate assets are designated to a nonprofit organization. This gift is a part of a donor’s overall estate plan. Please consider designating St. Cyril of Alexandria when preparing for Planned Giving.

These types of gifts require planning and assistance from a professional financial advisor. For further information please consult your financial advisor or the St. Cyril Development Office.

We are already beginning to prepare for the 2008 Fall Fair to be held at St. Cyril of Alexandria. We are in need of people willing to help plan and participate. We are sure this year's event will be better than ever. Please get involved by joining the Fall Fair 2008 team. Contact Mary Ann at the Parish Office.
