SACRAMENTS OF INITIATION
Baptisms
Baptisms are celebrated monthly (except during Lent). During the Easter Season, baptisms are celebrated during Sunday masses. During other seasons, baptisms in English are celebrated on Sunday afternoon at 3 p.m. and in Spanish, on Saturdays at 1 p.m. All parents & godparents are invited to a preparation course. Please call Patricia Poleski for more information.
Confirmation
Confirmations are celebrated by the Bishop during an annual visit to Saint Cyril Parish. On Thursday, March 8, 2007 Bishop Kicanas joined our community to confirm the eligible high school and eighth grade candidates. The Jordan Ministry team organized a preparation class for the high school students and St. Cyril School has made this opportunity available as part of the religion curriculum for all eighth graders.
Eucharist (First Communion)
Preparation is held during the Fall and Spring of each year. First Communions are held during the month of May. Please contact Luis Gonzalez (ext. 104)
