Theatre Arts
Every other spring beginning in 1981, the Jr. High department presents a show that varies from year to year and is uniquely written and crafted. Jr. High Shows have included: "Showboat," "Sunnyside Up: An Evening of Yokes," "Celebration," "The L.A.T.E. Show: Lively, Action-Packed, Terrifically Entertaining," "Road Trip," "Music: If It’s Too Loud…You're Too Old," "M&M’s: Movies and Musicals," "Dazzling Decades: Groovin' Through Time," "America Changes Its Tune," "Another Show," "The Wonderful World of Walt: or House of Mouse."
Students gain an in-depth theatre experience where some find their future calling. From start to finish, students may participate in line memorization, singing, dancing, stage presence, acting, prop creation, lighting, stage crew, etc.
