Welcome to the St. Cyril of Alexandria School PALS Lunch page!

Please pay attention to turn-in dates.  They are worth marking on your home calendar so that monthly lunch orders are turned in on time.  Typically, you will have 2 weeks from the time you receive the order form to the time the completed form is due back in the office.

We are pleased to continue the PALS Lunch program 4 days a week, Monday-Thursday.  The popular Friday Pizza Fundraiser Lunch will also continue. Profits from the Pizza Lunch will go toward sending our staff to the NCEA Conference in the spring.

Some important points to remember:

• Please, please take the time to fill the orders out correctly and thoroughly. Make sure to fill out the form with student name and grade. Double-check your math (or your child's math). It saves much stress in the long run to all involved. Order forms received with insufficient payment will be returned. Mark your lunch choices on the bottom half of the form, cut off and retain for your reference.
• Please pay attention to the deadline for turning in orders. There is a chain of events that takes place to provide an entire month's worth of lunches; late orders straggling in interfere with this process. Please do not put Office Staff or Hot Lunch PALS in a difficult position by asking them to accept a late order.

2008-2009 LUNCH ORDERING PROCESS

• Lunches are $3.00 each; $3.50 for double-entrée portion
• One order form per child
• One check per family payable to St. Cyril PALS
• No credit for missed lunches for any absence - check calendars for field trips, family vacations, etc. before turning in orders
• Keep the bottom portion of the form for your records
• Orders submitted with errors will be returned to the family
• Late orders will not be accepted. Please do not put the Office Staff or Hot Lunch PALS in a difficult postion by asking them to accept a late order.
