COMPLIANCE PROCESS
As part of our ongoing mission to ensure the safety of children at all times, all St. Cyril School staff and volunteers must go through background checks and training to be in full compliance with the Diocese of Tucson (DOT) Safe Environment Program before they are able to serve. The process can take between 30-60 days.
There are three components to the compliance process:

Criminal History Check, due every five years.

Safe Environment Program (SEP), due every three years.

Driving Compliance, due every school year (August-May). Only required for field trip/sports drivers.
Step 1 - How do Diocese I complete the CMG training?

Follow the registration process and select “St. Cyril of Alexandria School”

Choose the role which is: HIGH LEVEL VOLUNTEER.

Training includes a video and question section, required forms and acknowledging all the legal notifications.

Click “Apply for this position” and “Continue”

Once you apply, please pick up a fingerprint card in the school office. You then have one week to complete the card back and bring it back to the office.
